The Port Dock line is a one-kilometre spur line from Alberton on the Outer Harbor line and extends to Port Dock, near Port Adelaide. It is included in timetables with the Outer Harbor and Grange lines. The first station at Port Dock was opened in 1856 as the terminus of the line from Adelaide to Port Adelaide. It closed in 1981 but was re-opened in 2024. The Port Dock line is single track throughout. It services the residential, commercial and tourist precinct of Port Adelaide.
