The Doomben line extends to Brisbane’s north-east. It is a short branch line from Eagle Junction on the Caboolture line. The line is single track throughout, with the exception of two tracks provided at the terminus. Services previously extended to the industrial area at Pinkenba, but this section is now only used by freight trains. Most weekday services from the Doomben line terminate at Roma Street, while most Saturday services terminate at Boggo Road/Park Road. No services operate on the Doomben line on Sundays.
