The ACB Class uses the C44aci production model, with six members entering service in 2011 and 2012. They are slightly more powerful than the earlier AC Class, which are similar, but use the Cv43aci production model. Two of the ACB Class forms part of Aurizon’s Western Australian standard gauge fleet, while the others operate Hunter Valley coal trains in New South Wales.
